Application of formula uinform design for formula optimization of cultivating Lentinula edodes with material of corn stalk as substitutes | 配方均匀设计对玉米秸秆代料栽培香菇的配方优化

中国人. 摘 要:以玉米秸秆粉为主料,栎木屑和麦麸为辅料,采用有限制的配方均匀设计对玉米秸秆代料栽培香菇的配方进行了优化研究,以80%栎木屑和20%麦麸的组合为对照组,测定了香菇产量和绝对生物学效率2个指标。结果表明:玉米秸秆粉质量分数与香菇产量和绝对生物学效率存在显著负向线性回归关系;栎木屑质量分数与香菇产量和绝对生物学效率存在显著正向线性回归关系;麦麸的质量分数变化虽没有直接表现出与香菇产量和绝对生物学效率变化的规律性关系,但与玉米秸秆粉、栎木屑共同作用时,与玉米秸秆粉的交互作用表现出与香菇产量和绝对生物学效率的负向线性回归关系。由此可以得出:玉米秸秆粉质量分数不宜过高,当质量分数小于或等于72.61%,栎木屑质量分数不低于15.44%时,不会影响香菇的产量和品质。

In this study,the culture materials consisted of corn stalk powder as main cultivation substrate,and sawdust and wheat bran as supplement cultivation substrate,and the two indexes including Lentinula edodes yield and absolute biological efficiency in culture materials were analyzed.Limitative formula uniform design was adopted in combinatorial optimization.The culture materials consisted of 80% sawdust and 20% wheat bran in control group.The experiment showed that the mass fraction of corn stalk powder had a significant negative linear regression correlation with the L.edodes yield and absolute biological efficiency;while sawdust mass fraction had a significant positive linear regression correlation with L.edodes yield and absolute biological efficiency.Althought the changes of wheat bran mass fraction had no a direct regular relationship with the L.edodes yield and absolute biological efficiency,it presented a significant negative linear regression relationship in the mutual effect between corn stalk powder and sawdust.These evidence indicated that the production and quality of L.edodes should not be affected when the mass fraction of com stalk powder was lower than 72.61% and the mass fraction of sawdust not less than 15.44%.
