中国人. 综述了近年来植物萜类合成酶1-脱氧-D-木酮糖-5-磷酸还原酶（DXR）的研究进展，指出DXR是萜类物质生物合成途径中的关键酶，从植物中克隆出的DXR基因结构相似，表达于植株的大部分器官中；它们大多与植物体内萜类物质的合成有关，植株体内上调DXR基因有可能增加萜类物质的含量。_

As a key enzyme in isopernoid biosynthesis process, the DXR cloned from various plant species showed similar structure and was expressed in most organs of plants; most of them related to the plant isoprenoid biosynthesis, and plant isoprenoid might be increased by up-regulating the DXR._
