中国人. ［目的］表征几种碳纳米管（CNTs）的特性，并检测其对呼吸系统的毒性。［方法］运用透射电镜、拉曼光谱技术检测市售几种碳纳米管的性状；通过染毒箱研究CNTs对小鼠呼吸系统的影响。［结果］单壁碳纳米管（SWCNTs）对呼吸系统的影响小，多壁碳纳米管（MWCNTs）对呼吸系统的影响较大。［结论］CNTs对呼吸系统的影响和杂质的含量与管壁的直径有关。
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. ［Objective］ To characterize several carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and detect it toxicity effects on the respiratory system of mouse. ［Method］ The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Raman spectroscopy were adopted to detect the characters of several sold CNTs; and then the effect of CNTs on the respiratory system of mouse was observed by AniRes-2005 after aerosolization administration. ［Result］The respiratory system of mouse was slightly affected by SWCNTs, but greatly influenced by MWCNTs. ［Conclusion］ The effects of CNTs on the respiratory system of mouse related to the content of impurities and the diameter of nonotubes. _
