中国人. ［目的］探讨剑麻叶片内源激素的高效液相色谱（HPLC）测定方法。［方法］融合酶联免疫法(ELISA)的激素提取方法，对剑麻成熟叶片内源激素――赤霉素(GA3)、3-吲哚乙酸(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)和玉米素(ZT)进行了HPLC测定。［结果］该流程可联合测定GA3、IAA、ABA和ZT，回收率分别为78.81%、104.96%、81.24%和100.55%，且保留时间稳定，试验重现性好。［结论］整个提取、分离、分析流程较快速、准确，适合剑麻成熟叶片内源激素的分析测定。_
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. ［Objective］ The aim was to study the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) determination of endogenous hormones in agavybrid No. 11648 leaves. ［Method］ Combining the hormone extraction methods of enzyme linked immunoassay, Gibberellin acid (GA3),3-indoleacetic acid (IAA), abscisic acid (ABA) and zeatin (ZT) in mature leaves of agavybrid No.11648 were determined by HPLC. ［Result］ The procedure could analyze the GA3,IAA, ABA and ZT in combination, and their recoveries were 78.81%, 104.96%, 81.24% and 100.55% respectively with stable retention time and good repeatability. ［Conclusion］ The procedure is simple, rapid and accurate, so it is suitable for the efficient determination of endogenous hormone in mature leaves of agavybrid No. 11648._
