Cut Flowers are one of the main export crops. which have an important role in increasing Egyptian exports of agricultural That contribute effectively in reducing the trade balance deficit Through increased cash flows from foreign currency. they also play an important role in promoting investment for agricultural projects as a result of the rapid return of these crops to the lack of the production cycle. where it gave the production after a year or two by category user. the study also measure the efficiency of the feasibility of cut flowers project (Carnation and Garbera) the measures which is manly used in the study were Benefit\\Cost Ratio . Net present Worth. Internal Rate of Return . Payback Period and Net Benefit \\Investment Ratio. the study showed that economic feasibility of Carnation and Garbera both of them were able to face unsuitable changes Of the two assumptions the first and the second only. the Egyptian exporting of cut flowers is very low according to data for the amounts of cut flowers export since the amounts were 1214.01 tons in 2006 2341.60 tons in 2007 while Egypt have good advantage to export cut flowers to EU because the suitable weather to produce different variety of cut flowers that can be exported to EU. With regard to the geographical distribution of the quantity of Egypt's export of cut flowers for both Arab and EU markets. the results indicated that. the average quantity from cut flowers to the Arab market has reached about 341.21 tons. representing approximately32.39% of the overall average for the total quantity of Egypt's export of cut flowers, either to EU markets amounted to about 686.74 tons. representing approximately 65.20% The overall average for the total amount of exports from cut flowers Several recommendations have been discussed in the study to improve Egyptian cut flowers exports in the world markets.
