Determination amino acids digestibility content of sunflower and canola meals by fecal and ileum bioassay in broiler chicks

The experiment were conducted to determine amino acids digestibility in sunflower and canola meals by used two bioassay as collecting ileum content and collecting fecal of male broiler chickens. The experiments were down broiler chickens (100 male birds) in 21 and 42 d of age, using metabolical cages and in form of CRD with four replications (2 birds per cage). Nutrient digestibility was determined using titanium oxide as a marker. The birds were killed on d 42 and the contents of the ileum were collected.The result of experiment indicated that industrial procedure, ages and bioassay had effects on the sunflower and canola meals amino acid digestibility. However, experiment shown that with increasing ages of bird's digestibility of amino acid content of sunflower and canola meals were improved. In excreta collection with marker on the 21 and 42 days age of broiler chick's phenylalanine and glycing amino acid content of sunflower had moor digestibility than Isoleucine and alanine amino acids. Therefore, cystine, aspartic acid and glutamic acid content of canola meal had greater digestibility than valine and tyrosine amino acid. The data showmen that excreta collection bioassay had more digestibility (12/60 and 12/56 percentage) for sunflower and canola meals camper to ileum bioassay.
