One of the most important factor for producing agricultural crops with high quality and quantity, is water. The real determination of evapotranspiration of plants and watering the basic root of them play very important role. A research using a drainage lysimeter with 3m diameter and 2.5m depth was implimented to get the evapotranspiration rate in sugar-beet in agricultural year of 1375, 1376 and 1377. The gained results showed that the average rate of evapotranspiration was 1040.6 mm within 3 years. Consequently, the amount of irrigated water, drainaged water and the rate of moisture in soils were respectively 1005.1, 147.8 and 66.3 mm. Average crop production was 52200 kg/ha with 14/6 percentage in quality having 7650 kg/ha white sugar. Finally the efficiency of water use in sugar- beet calculated as 5.01 kg /m3.
