Fire blight with bacterial causal agent, Erwinia amylovora (Burill) winslow et al. is the important and dangerious diseases of pome fruits that take very economic damages in quince, pear and apple trees at some place of Iran.Management of Fire blight is very difficult and first step in this stage is introducing of suitable compound for disease preventing and reducing of damage. In this research, a new Copper compound (Nordox) with three different doses(0.5,1,1.5/1000) and an organic bacteriocide(Copper oxycloride) were tested as Random Complete Block Design(RCBD)with three replications at one of the pear orchard in Qazvin and apple and pear orchard in Damavand. Results were recorded with counting of blossom epiphytic bacterial population after end of sprying and number of infected blossom and shoots.Obtained results from infected blossom showed that all sprying treatments were different with control significantly and 1 and1.5 doses of Nordox rested in a separate group, but between treatments with a view to reducing of infected shoots Nordox 1.5/1000 rested in a separate group. with a view to reducing of blossom epiphytic bacterial population in apple 1 and1.5 doses of Nordox rested in a separate group but in pear all of treatments were differete significantly. Finaly Nordox 1.5/1000 was the most effective on disease control in two areas and recommend for preventing and controlling of fire blight in sever infection. Because Nordox 1/1000 treatment has not significant difference with Nordox 1.5/1000 in blossom blight fase and for aspects such as economic and enviromental conditions and phytotoxicity in low infection, Nordox 1/1000 is one of the treatments to recommending to gardeners for preventing and controlling of fire blight.
