In this research one hundred and forty lines of Advanced Regional Wheat Yield Trails (ARWYT), forty genotypes of Elite Regional Wheat Yield Trails (ERWYT) and ninety three lines of Septoria Resistance CIMMYT international wheat lines( SRCIWL) were evaluated for resistance to Septoria tritici in adult stage. These lines and genotypes were cultivated at three regions including Ahvas , Gorgan and Gonbad. Trials were inoculated by both pycnidiobearing straw after seedling emergent and spore suspension of mixed isolates from two regions on five occasions from tiller till medium milk stage. Symptoms of 8TB were assessed visually by using double digit scale at milk development stages three times and the last one was reported .there was not enough of disease progress in Gonbad station so it's result was not considered. The results in the other stations showed that the majority of lines and genotypes were susceptible to the pathogen pressure furthermore they showed different reactions according to the regions. Among the SRCIWL lines number 19, 62-68 and 78 showed resistance reaction with double digit scale 35 or less it in both regions. Lines number 4, 16, 57-59, 61 and 62 were semiresistance. Among ARWYT lines number 212 was resistance in two stations. Number 8 and number 10 among elite lines of north zone were semiresistance and the other lines were susceptible. Only number 20 among elite lines of south zone was resistance.
