Taxonomic studies of some pleurocarpic mosses of Bangladesh.

A taxonomic account of some pleurocarpic mosses collected from different localities of Bangladesh has been presented. Altogether 7 species under 4 genera have been reported. These are Plagiothecium denticulatum, Stereophyllum tavoyense, S. lingulatum, S. anceps, Isopterigium elegons, Vesicularia levieri and V. reticulata. Out of these all but Stereophyllum anceps are new reports for Bangladesh.
