Cytochemical and microquantitative NBT tests were compared in reference to the phagocytic activity of neutral granulocytes in normal cows of large scale breeding. It was found that microquantitative method was more objective due to colorymetry application and showed a good correlation with cytochemical method (r=+0.64). The examinations revealed an increased value of NBT test which did not find the confirmation in clinical pictures of the animals. (Salwa, A.).
