Oviduct storage rate of embryoes in early developmental stage was higher in pseudopregnancy rabbit induced by HCG treatment than in natural oestrus or non-treatment rabbits, but there were no difference in mouse and goat embryoes. The suitable injecting place; 4cm in depth from the end of oviduct, and the suitable preservation period; 3 days.
