The present data reveal the occurrence and their variations in concentration of certain biochemical substances in the luminal genital fluids in buffalo cows in various stages of estrous cycle under physiological conditions. It throws light on the physiology of secretions of Graffian follicles, uterus, oviduct cervix and vagina in various stages of reproductive cycle.
