Globalisation as the process of the expansion of the economical space is a phenomenon of the contemporary so called "open society", that puts forward new demands for the Baltic region state development integrating into the European Union states community. Introduction of advanced technologies forwards the necessity for more up-to-date science structural and social organizational forms, integrating academic education, research and entrepreneurship into united complex.
