The results obtained indicated that the most advantageous influence on fungal species composition had yellow lupin and the least differentiated of fungal flora was found in stands after pea. The total number of the fungi in the soil and in the rhizosphere of spring barley and winter rye mainly depended on the stage of development of the plants (florescence and maturity). It was found that dominant genera of fungal flora were: Penicillium, Glocladium and Phoma. Most common species among the isolated fungi were: Penicillium janthinellum, Trichoderma lignorum, Trichoderma harzianum, Gliocladium roseum, Gliocladium penicillioides and Phoma fimeli.
