The investigation was made in productive conditions mostly with Simmental cattle, i.e. domestic Red Spotted cattle. For the experiment were used fertile cows with well expressed estrus characteristics which, till that estrus, were copulated 2-8 times. Every fertile cow with estrus was inseminated with D.S. sperm. One group, just after insemination was applied parenterally by 2,5 ml of Lutal and other group by 200 i.j. of Gonadyl. The third, control group, just after insemination was gotten 2,5 ml of sterile physiological solution. By application of 2,5 ml of Lutal was attained, after 6 inseminations the 85.71 % of calveness, while in control group it was 68.30 %. The best curing results, without symptomatic sterility were attained after 1 to 2 inseminations with Gonadyl, and later from 3rd to 6th with Lutal. The best pregnancy index was attained after treatment with Gonadyl (2,73). Some worse result was after treatment with Lutal (2,91) and the worst result was attained from the control group of cows (3,76).
