On the basis of the results obtained it is possible to conclude that lucerne ought to be dried in some other way, and to avoid to do that on the earth, while the time of drying ought to link with the aim and plan of using that hay. Anyhow, very long delay of cutting (full bloom phase) is not favourable and it negatively affects on the quality (content of protein, beta-carotene, some mineral elements) and on the environment also, as on the place where the hay is obtained, so in the areas where it is used.
