This program is designed to aid dietitians and nutritionists in analyzing food intakes, menus and recipes. The expandable database contains 1000 foods which can be analyzed for 26 nutrients and dietary constituents. Foods can be entered either by food name or code number. Analyses can be printed on screen or paper, comparing totals to the RDA both numerically and graphically, and presenting the nutrient contribution of each food.
