The cultivar examination was performed by a network of large-plot trial arranged on five locations in Serbia (Yugoslavia): Belgrade, Pozarevac, Krusevac, Negotin and Leskovac. The interaction of hybrid and location on investigated characteristics (seed yield, oil content and oil yield) is very explicit. A few examined sunflower hybrids have realized the average oil yield of 1000 kg per hectare.
