The knowledge of the present status of privatization of enterprises within the competence of the Ministry of Agriculture, especially state-controlled farms, is presented. Basic problems determining the privatization process, partial problems in the proprietary-legal relations of the state agricultural enterprises, and problems relating to the permanent legislative changes as well as socio-political and economic relations, are deliminated.
