Temperature-oxygen relations and chemical composition of water in heated Konin lakes.

Changes of the environments of five lakes near Konin over 27 years are described. The lakes have constituted a cooling system of two power stations from 1958. Deterioration of oxygen conditions in the hypolimnion of deeper lakes, gradual increase of salinity, of electrolytical conductance and of sulphate content were observed.
