Pasturing capacity represents the number of animals that may be distributed on a pasture in correlation with its productivity. This paper presents results of vegetation assessment on natural pastures in DDBR, concerning the capacity of pasturing in 1993. After drawing out the botanical conscription and floral determinations, cards concerning the index used for the vegetation assessment were drawn and the capacity of pasturing with load of UVM/ha (Unity Cattle/ha) for each pasture owner was estimated.
