The authors investigated the state of mineral supply in fattening pigs by chemical analysis of the indicator organs. It was concluded that the mineral content and trace element content in the organs showed significant standard deviations. Based on the results, sex, genotype and management are responsible for the variance. Further investigations are needed taking into account the health status, growth of pigs, etc.
