Prediction of severity of stripe rust on wheat in Australia using weather data [Puccinia striiformis; temperature; rainfall].
1991
Ash G.J. | Brown J.S.
A multiple regression model incorporating weather parameters to account for seasonal variation derived from stripe rust severity at completion of flowering explained almost 90 percent of variation in the data. With further development of the model it is hoped that the probability of epidemics within different wheat growing areas of Australia may be predicted.
