Pengaruh limbah industri monosodium glutamat pada kualitas hara, dan produksi tebu lahan sawah.

BAHASA: Amina, Bagi Tani, Orgami dan Sari Tanah sebagai limbah industri Monosodium Glutamat mempunyai kemampuan untuk menjadi sumber pencemaran lingkungan. Untuk menanganinya dengan baik, maka keempat macam limbah tersebut telah diolah menjadi pupuk Nitrogen Organik Cair. Sebagai pupuk, di lahan sawah telah diteliti pengaruhnya terhadap kualitas hara bagi produksi gula, dan sebagai limbah telah pula diteliti pengaruhnya terhadap perubahan status hara S, Cl dan Na di dalam tanah. Pendekatan dilakukan melalui kombinasi perlakuan antara lima macam pupuk N, yaitu ZA, Amina, Bagi Tani, Orgami dan Sari Tanah dengan tiga aras takaran yakni 125, 157,5 dan 190 kg N tiap hektar. Setiap perlakuan kombinasi yang timbul diulang tiga kali dan ditata dalam rancangan acak kelompok faktorial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada saling tindak yang nyata antara macam sumber pupuk N dengan aras takaran pupuk. Kedudukan kualitas hara dan produksi gula dalam jenjang hara daun berimbang optimum dengan penggunaan pupuk ZA pada aras takaran 125 hingga 190 kg N tiap hektar, mencapai + 1 hingga + 3 di atas optimum.

英语. Amina, Bagi Tani, Orgami and Sari Tanah are byproducts of industry of monosodium glutamate. They could be a source of pollution to the environment. To solve the problem, they have been processed to liquid organic nitrogen fertilizer. The research of application of these byproducts has been reported on their effect to nutrient quality and to change of status of Sulphur, Chlor, and sodium in the soil. In this study there are five kinds of N fertilizers those are ZA, Amina, Bagi Tani, Orgami, and Sari Tanah each applied in three doses of 125 kgs, 157,5 kgs, and 190 kgs nitrogen per hectare. The design of this experiment was randomized block with three replicates. The result shows that there was no interaction between fertilizers. Nutrient quality status and sugar yield at the optimal balanced leaf nutrient by using ZA at 125 to 190 kgs N per hectare reached + 1 to + 3 above the optimal level. While at the same dose, Amina, Bagi Tani, Orgami, and Sari Tanah reached only - 2 to - 1 below the optimal level. Amina and Bagi Tani could increase the content of sulphate and sodium in the soil Orgami and Sari Tanah could increase the content of chlor and sodium, while ZA could increase the content of sulphate in the soil. The residual sulphate in the soil was very high after harvest, and before and after application of ZA, Amina, Bagi Tani. The residual chlor in the soil was low to normal after harvest and before and after the application of Orgami and Sari Tanah. The residual sodium in the soil was normal after harvest, before and after application of Amina, Bagi Tani, Orgami, and Sari Tanah.
