Morphology of seabass larvae 2-30 days old was examined. About 1000 samples from the NICA hatchery were used. The total length, head lenght, preanal length, snout length, eyediameter, body depth and mouth width all one related to increasing standard length; the correlation coefficients of deteranimation (r2) show values of more than 0.9378. The pigmentation was also studied. The number of spines, soft fin rays and vertebral columns were rather constant after 19 days: D.VII-I, 11 A.III, 8 V.I, 5 P.16-17 C.9, 7 and 24-25 respectively.
