By the example of the agrofirm "Scientific" the leasing model of business management is considered. Its high economic and social efficiency gives grounds to believe that the leasing model represents a progressive management system adequate to market economy. On the authors' opinion wide and informal use of leasing is the way for solving the problem of improving agroindustrial complex economy.
