The technological characteristics and yield of Biale Brwinowskie chickens have been estimated. Investigation was done on 66 male and female chickens 7 and 9 weeks old. Chickens of BB strain present the typical broiler material with high slaughter yield of about 70%, big share of breast and leg muscle and giblets.
