Analysis o changes in the legal system concerning plant protection as it pertains to food safety and the impact on humans and the environment

The analysis was carried out for Polish conditions. It was found that there was no statistical correlation between the volume of plant protection products used and the number of poisonings. It was also found that legal requirements in Poland had a significant effect on the overall safety of chemical plant protection
