Conyza caadensis is a species occurring in almost each phytosociological releves made in cereal and root cultivation as well as in stubble fields. In the last period, it was noted that there was a distinct displacement of ecological optimum of species towards ruderal communities. The results of studies on morphological features of C. Canadensis in the Podlaski Przelom Bugu mesoregion are presented in the paper. The investigations were carried out between 2006-08 at seven types of synanthropic habitats: wastelands, fallow fields, forest roadsides, fields roadsides, orchards, forest clearings and railway tracks. An analysis of the results indicated a significant difference in morphological structure of the weed depending on the habitat
