This paper presents results obtained following usage of a sterile, concentrated egg-yolk-free extender (AndroMed) for bulls semen aiming production of semen with higher fertility for AI of cows and heifers. Described procedure shortens and simplifies preparation of the final extender, tracing modern technology of cryopreservation. The amount and type of the antibiotics used, was in line to the EU standard: directive CEE 99/407. AndroMed is a concentrated extender for bulls semen freezing and also can be used for liquid preservation of fresh ejaculates. It is also used for preservation of rams, bucks and deers semen.
