Honey is the most important primary product of beekeeping practice, which is mostly being consumed in so called primary condition i.e. the way that is being produced by the bees. Honey, as most other beekeeping products, can be used as addition in production of some other product, which raise the value of the produced product. Also, honey can be manufactured into so called secundary product, which due to quality and exceptional characteristics of honey to human health, has great nutritional value. Products which have honey as one of the indigriends, in large or small quantity, are being market as value added products with honey. Today, worldwide, from the aspect of honey usage in agrofood industry, there is a wide offer of products such as: creamed honey, comb honey, mead, honey beer, honey liquers, honey with fruits, pollen or propolis, honey as sugar supstitution, honey syrups etc. Goal of this paper is research of offer of products made of honey which exist on world market, as well as presentation of food products which have honey in their content and which are produced at domestic market. Analysis of honey products offer in the world, aims to give information to domestic producers about possibility of domestic honey manufacture and expansion of domestic honey products offer at national market.
