In two separated studies we observed the effects of use of NSP degrading enzymes in broilers nutrition. In the first trial there was three level of ME (energy density was reduced with inclusion of sunflower meal in different percent) with/without enzyme supplementation in classical digestibility trail. Different inclusion level of sunflower meal with reduced ME level (5%) were used in second study and their effects on broilers performance in grower and finisher phase. In the first trail the increase of AME with inclusion of exogenous enzymes was 0.55MJ/kg and 0.72 MJ/kg in diets with reduced ME, while in diet with 13.4 MJ/kg composed from corn and soybean meal increases was insignificant and was only 0.04 MJ/kg. Sunflower meal in second trial did not affect average weight gain in grower phase, while in finisher period effect was statistical significant. Enzyme supplementation was beneficial on weight gain in grower period but not in finisher phase.
