This paper presents the chemical composition of two triticale cultivars Kg 20 and Trijumf. Investigations were carried out in the Center for Small Grains in Kragujevac (Serbia). The average protein content of triticale cultivar Kg 20 was 12.24% while triticale cultivar Trijumf had 12.90% of dry matter (DM). The average ash content of cultivar Kg 20 was 1.34% and in the Trijumf 1.40% DM. The average water content of cultivar Kg 20 was 11.32% and in the Trijumf 11.22% DM. According to cultivar effect on the average protein content and moisture established differences were not statistically significant, P is less than 0.01.
