Spectrophotometric determination of antioxidative capacity of selected types of Serbian wines | Spektrofotometrijsko određivanje antioksidantnih osobina izabranih sorti vina Srbije

The obtained results indicate that selected sorts of wine are rich sources of antioxidants. Red wines promotes highest antioxidative capacity, which was expected, for the red grapes are known to be better sources of antioxidants. Wine has potential benefits for overall health.
