Reduction [of] the number of microorganisms in milk by bactofugation

In present research we wanted to prove effect of bactofuging process on presence of different microorganisms in milk. Samples were taken from balance kettle (raw milk), cream-separator, 1. bactofug and 2. bactofug. On all levels we have fallowed four groups of microorganisms (total number of aerobic spore-forming psychrophilic and coliform microorganisms and lactolitic Clostridium). In milk processing are used different technological procedures to eliminate, inhibit or destroy microorganisms present in milk. In present research we prove that bactofugation is very effective technological process for reducing the number of microorganisms in milk.
