Monitoring of the influence of pesticides on microorganisms in the soil

Contemporary agriculture requires application of appropriate agrotechnical measures and among them are the means of protection of the plants from diseases and pests. Sustainable agriculture requires monitoring of the situation on the field and collecting data for the influence of the applied chemicals on the number and activity, and as well - presence of certain groups of microorganisms in the soil as basic indicators of its quality, biogenity and fertility. The presence and activity of the microorganisms in the soil is very important biological property of the soil which has particular importance in aspect of sanitary safe food production.
