IInfluence of Bacillus strains on adaptation, growth and vegetative propagation of garden strawberry | Влияние штаммов бактерий рода Bacillus на адаптацию, рост и вегетативное размножение садовой земляники

英语. Studies were carried out to investigate influence of 7 new strains of bacteria-antagonist Bacillus on the acclimation rate, growth and vegetative propagation of garden strawberry plants. Field experiments were conducted in 2010-2011 under condition of industrial mother plantation of agricultural artel "Gardens of Siberia" in Novosibirsk region. Objects of research are strawberry variety Unia Smajds; bacterial strains from the culture collection of OOO "Research-and-production firm "Research Centre": VPKM V-10641 (B. subtilis), VPKM V-10642, VPKM V-10643 (B. amyloliquefaciens), VPKM V-10561, VPKM V-10562, VPKM V-10563, VPKM V-10564 (B. licheniformis). Plants were treated directly before planting by soaking of root system of seedlings in a working fluid, containing a bioagent in dilution 105 CFU/ml. Under condition of drought in 2010-2011 in the variants with strains B. amyloliquefaciens VPKM V-10642, B. subtilis VPKM V-10641, B. licheniformis VPKM V-10562 and B. licheniformis VPKM V-10563 increase in acclimation rate 1.3 fold compared to control was observed. Under influence of most strains the number of new leaves, formed after seedling planting on the permanent place, increased 1.2 1.3 fold (at the control it was 2.5 new leaves). In addition, number of stolons, formed on one plant, increased 1.3 1.4 fold (at the control – 1.9 stolons), and their length – 1.3 1.6 fold (at a control – 40.3 cm). Vegetative propagation of strawberry in variants with strains B. amyloliquefaciens VPKM V-10642, B. subtilis VPKM V-10641, B. licheniformis VPKM V-10563, B. licheniformis VPKM V-10562, B. licheniformis VPKM V-10561grew in 1.4 1.7 times (at a control - 2.9 rosette) and was comparable to the influence of humic preparation Feniks (0.05%). Studied bacterial strains have anti-stress and growth stimulating activity and are promising for expanding of the arsenal of environmentally safe means of integrated management of growth and development of strawberry in production of planting material.

俄语. Исследования проводили с целью изучение влияния 7 новых штаммов бактерий-антагонистов рода Bacillus на приживаемость, рост и вегетативное размножение растений садовой земляники. Полевые опыты проведены в 2010-2011 гг. в условиях производственного маточника сельскохозяйственной артели «Сады Сибири» Новосибирской области. Объекты исследования – земляника сорта Юния Смайдс; бактериальные штаммы из коллекции культур ООО «НПФ «Исследовательский центр»: B. subtilis ВПКМ В-10641, штаммы B. amyloliquefaciens ВКПМ В-10642, ВКПМ В-10643, штаммы B. licheniformis ВКПМ В-10561, ВКПМ В-10562, ВКПМ В-10563, ВКПМ В-10564. Растения обрабатывали непосредственно перед посадкой путем замачивания корневой системы рассады в рабочей жидкости, содержащей биоагент в разведении 105 КОЕ/мл. В условиях засухи 2010-2011 гг. повышение приживаемости растений в 1,3 раза относительно контроля проявилось в вариантах со штаммами B. amyloliquefaciens ВКПМ В-10642, B. subtilis ВПКМ В-10641, B. licheniformis ВКПМ В-10562 и B. licheniformis ВКПМ В-10563. Под влиянием большинства штаммов количество новых листьев, формировавшихся после высадки саженцев на постоянное место, возрастало в 1,2-1,3 раза (в контрольном варианте – 2,5 новых листа). Кроме того, число столонов, формировавшихся на 1 растении, увеличивалось в 1,3-1,4 раза (в контроле – 1,9 столонов), а их длина – в 1,3-1,6 раза (в контроле – 40,3 см). Вегетативное размножение земляники в вариантах со штаммами B. amyloliquefaciens ВКПМ В-10642, B. subtilis ВПКМ В-10641, B. licheniformis ВКПМ В-10563, B. licheniformis ВКПМ В-10562, B. licheniformis ВКПМ В-10561 усиливалось в 1,4-1,7 раза (в контроле – 2,9 розеток) и было сопоставимо с влиянием гуминового препарата Феникс (0,05%). Испытанные бактериальные штаммы обладают антистрессовым и ростостимулирующим действием и перспективны для расширения арсенала экологически безопасных средств комплексного управления ростом и развитием земляники при производстве посадочного материала.
