The possibility of morphogenetic callus from three tomatoes genotypes resistance to cultural filtrate of two race fusarium has been explored. In the experiment, the food medium inducing morphogenetic callus has been optimised in the 3 genomes of tomatoes containing 3 α-NAA mg/l and 1 BAP mg/l. A Medium of 2 BAP mg/l is suitable for regenerating the tested genotypes tomatoes, the percentage of the regenerated plants should be increased with every tissue transfer onto this medium. It has been found out that there is a strong dependence between morphogenesis and genotype. Line 1104 have the highest regenerating percentage. The three genotypes tomatoes have greater sensibility to fusarium – race 2. Line 1104 has the greatest stability to fusarium – Race 1, while line P2046 hds the strongest stability to fusarium – Race 2.
