In article was analyzed the similarity and differences of biological and technological requirements to the factors of environment, system of machines for soil cultivation, growing and harvesting of sesame and tobacco as all as economic effectives on two cultures with the goal of substitution of tobacco with sesame in crop rotation. It was Established that Sesame and tobacco have the similar requirements to climatic factors – warmth, sunlight, moisture and nutrient substances in the soil in the flat region of the country to 500 m of the sea level. It was Established that technological requirements and system of machines for soil cultivation, irrigation and plant protection are the same. There are considerable differences in the sowing harvesting and drying machines. It was demonstrated is that tobacco growing without state government bonuses is not economic beneficial crop comparing with sesame. Growing costs of tobacco is 1021 BGN for da, compared with 294.6 BGN/da by manual harvesting sesame and 251.6 BGN/da by mechanized harvesting sesame. Tobacco seasonal period requires the farmers to be occupy seven months until for the sesame it is only three months. Indicated facts demonstrate as indisputable manner a priority, advisable and economic effective from sesame growing on the bigger part of tobacco area in Bulgaria. It is not competed on the tobacco grown on the semi mounting areas with the slope more then 8° over the sea level.
