In course of the research there was studied the immune deficiency syndrome at stud bulls and determined its influence on reproductive and productive qualities of cattle. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in Shchuchin branch of the Republican unitary enterprise 'Grodno Stud Plant'. As a result of realized research it was revealed that use of the results of the realized DNA-testing of stud bulls at the enterprise made it possible to introduce genetic markers (a gene of CD 18) in selection process of cattle of the Belarus black-motley breed. It will provide the decision of an important economic problem - carrying out in the Republic of Belarus a marker-directed of selection for the purpose of formation of animal herds, capable to resist to virus and bacterial infections, with high immunity and increases of dairy efficiency of cows with higher milk quality, suitable for reception of high-quality food products.
