In course of the research there was realized DNK-testing of stud bulls on gene CD18 (BLAD-immunodeficiency syndrome) and gene CSN3 (kappa-caseins). The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in the Institute of Genetic and Cytology of National Academy of Sciences and 'Vitebsk Tribal Enterprise'. As a result of realized research a presence of BLAD mutation at 16 stud bulls was not revealed. It was recommend to realize DNA-diagnostics of cattle immunodeficiency syndrome (on a locus of BLAD gene) for the purpose of an exception of import of stud bulls - carriers of genetically caused mutation, and also for providing of input into breeding herds of healthy animals and the decision of a problem of increase of breeding livestock resistance and safety of young growth, creation of resistant herds to the given disease. It was revealed that on a kappa-casein gene all bulls were divided into three groups - with genotypes АА, АВ and BB. Using of stud bulls with genotypes АВ and ВВ it was possible to increase in herd quantity of cows with genotypes АВ and ВВ for increasing the protein content and quality of milk.
