Utilization of wild species, grown by nature itself, becomes more and more popular nowadays all over the world. Wide-spread use of wild mushrooms in the Republic of Belarus is determined with high content of digestible sugars, organic acids, pectin and tanning substances, microelements, vitamins and biologically active substances in these natural products. Valuable nutrients increases immunity and strengthen human health. In the Republic of Belarus there are near 200 species of edible mushrooms, and only 15-30 species are preserved by population. Fresh mushrooms on 89-92% consist of moisture, making them perishable products. Therefore, preparation and preservation of fresh mushrooms is optimal during 4 hours after gathering. Mobile mushroom-boiling equipment for sorting, washing and boiling of fresh mushrooms along with storage of ready-to-eat production is suggested to be a solution of a problem of mushroom processing. Republican Unitary Enterprise 'The Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agriculture Mechanization' in partnership with Republican Unitary Enterprise 'The Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Foodstuffs' is working under development of mobile mushroom-boiling equipment, able to increase production volume per 35-40% declining labor inputs per 25-30%.
