Productivity of different by maturation perennial coenosises under conditions of north-eastern part of the Republic of Belarus | Продуктивность различных по скороспелости многолетних ценозов в условиях северо-восточной части Республики Беларусь

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized a research into development of a structure of perennial different by ripening terms plant communities that were adapted to soil and climatic conditions of Vitebsk region (Belarus), providing high productivity and quality of green mass, and development of techniques to improve the productivity of grassland. The presented phenological observations over the growth and development of perennial grasses showed that different by maturity date cenoses in the north-eastern part of the Republic of Belarus provided two hay cuttings and high quality raw materials for harvesting of grass fodder. Dry matter yield in coenoses on arable land was 81,2-102,8 centner / ha, crude protein - 16,5-18,4 centner / ha. The highest productivity was provided by multi cenoses with alfalfa (Medicago sativa). Research results showed that for the improvement of the studied grasslands it was appropriate to form multi-component cenoses with alsike clover (Trifolium hybridum L.), meadow clover (Trifolium pratense L.) and cereal grasses (timothy grass (Phleum pratense), meadow fescue (Festuca pratensis) and meadow foxtail (Alopecurus pratensis)), which provided a yield of green mass of 368.1 centner / ha, and protein yield -14.3 centner / ha.
