In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized a study of interrelation between peculiar features of a structural organization of skeletal muscles and their functional specialization at calves, as well as the determination of fine and submicroscopic morphology which formed the basis for the realization of adaptive, compensatory and metabolic processes in the conditions of low intensity laser therapy. There were studied the features of postnatal myogenesis and methabolical processes in skeletal muscles of calves under the influence of magnetic and laser irradiation. Calves of 15-35-days old with live weight of 28-32 kg at a birth served as object of researches. Calves of experimental group were treated by the laser of red region of a spectrum. Power of laser radiation for a red spectrum of a radiator made during experiences 15+/-2 milliwatt and density of a light stream power - 120-140 milliwatt / square centimeter. Procedure of physiotherapy with use of a magnetic nozzle was spent by contact (semicontact) scanning method. There was rtealized an irradiation of the longest muscle of a coupling (m. longissimus lumborum) and mamma (m. longissimus thoracis) with an exposition 3 minutes, with power on an exit of a radiator 15 milliwatt on both parts of back, during 8 days with 2-day break after 4 sessions. Magnetolaser beaming stimulates blood circulation, enables to increase aminoacids that affects physiological muscle activity.
