This study aims mainly at identifying changes that occur as a result of applying free economic policy in agric. sector at the newly reclaimed lands. This entails process analysis for the significant differences between the before and after applying these policy in Agric. Sector as to change at the respondents sense of belonging to their newly reclaimed lands and the indices of such sense. Identifying the nature of the differences between the two periods as to change at the status-quo condition of the respondents houses. Monitoring the nature of change at the modernization of respondents houses. Exploring the nature of the relationship between the independent variables and the change at the respondents belonging. Pinpointing the problems that confront the respondents after applying free economic policy in agricultural sector. A questionnaire was designed and tested before administered to a random sample of 76 beneficiaries members at Omsaber agricultural cooperative, Bader district, Behira governorate. Tools of descriptive univariate analysis are used: frequencies, percentages, averages, and standard deviation. in addition, tools of inferential analyses are applied: paired samples t-test, chi-square test, as well as chipro coefficient as applied to see for contingency relationships. The main findings of the research run as follow: There are significant differences at p0.01 between the two periods of the before and after adopting free economic policy in Egyptian agric. sector as to the respondents sense of belonging to their land to the best interest of the era before adopting the free economic policy. However, there is a significant difference at p0.01 between the two periods in that house status become better and more modernized in the era of free economic policy. The respondents degree of belonging after applying free economic policy is affected significantly by the respondents family income, change in satisfaction with the agric. products prices of marketing, family pattern, degree of satisfaction with the prices of the agric. Inputs, and change in benefiting from the agric. cooperative. After carrying out the free economic policy, the change at the status-quo condition of the respondents' houses is affected significantly by the respondents of propensity change to rent agric. Land, satisfaction with the price of marketing agric products, degree of benefiting from the agric. cooperative, pattern of family, number of family member, and family income in thousand LE. As to the change at the respondent house degree of modernization after applying free economic policy, it is significantly affected by fancily income, change in benefiting from the agric. cooperative, and the respondent propensity toward renting agric. Lands. As to problems arising from applying the free economic policy, 39.47% of the respondents confront the problem of agric. cooperative renunciation to provide them with fertilizers at suitable prices, 36.84% of the respondents face the problem of unusual rising in fertilizers prices and 35.53% of the respondents had to face the problem of the inability of agric. cooperative to afford selected seeds at suitable prices.
