This case study aims to examine the factors that facilitated the diffusion of ICT in a farming community and the benefits of this activity. This case study helps in seeing various factors how EID Parry, the group company of Murugappa Group, being one of the pioneers in the pesticides and agro - products, created a win -win situation for themselves and the farmers nad building mutual trust.
