In this study yield production potential of 40 selected accessions from National Plant Gene Bank were evaluated. For this purpose genetic materials after regeneration in Karaj were studied in two research stations (National Research Station Beans of Khomein and Agriculture and Natural Resources Research Station of Zanjan ) using RCBD with three replications .Important phenological or morphological traits such as plant height , number of branches in plant , grain yield per plant and its related traits like seed per pod, number of seed per plant and 100 seed weight were evaluated. For all traits descriptive statistics were calculated .In each location simple ANOV A and over years and locations combined ANOVA were implemented. For average of experiments (years and locations), the highest coefficient of variation were calculated for number of seeds per plant, number of branches per plant and seed yield per plant. The comparison of average coefficient of variation of traits as a composite index from Zanjan with CV=0.271 and from Khomein station with CV= 0.378 suggested the more occurrence of diversity level in studied traits in khomein station than Zanjan station. Ranking analysis over average grain yield production show that accessions number 3.7,1.3 and 5.1 were had highest ranking in production and conversely, the lowest standard deviation values were observed for 6.5, 7.1 and 3.2 accessions. Among the physiological indicators, the leaf area index and the leaf area duration have positive and important correlation with grain yield, the (4.1) has the most leaf area index, leaf area duration and the most biological yield comparing with other genotypes in this survey
