In this study, for investigation of genetic diversity among rapeseed genotypes, 1 '\\ selected lines from advanced inbreeding progenies, and Zarfam variety (as check) were evaluated in a randomized complete block design with three replication at the experimental field of seed and plant improvement institute in karaj, during" __ 0_ i.Some important traits such as cold tolerance, days to flowering, flowering duration, number of branches, number of pods per plant, number of seed per pod, length of pod, plant height, 1... seed weight, biomass, seed and oil yield, erucid acid and glucosinolate content, were recorded in cropping season.Accoding to the classification of genotyps based on the mean of grain and oil yields the genotype H. i" was prior to other genotyps with producing of " ,'\\ and 1," tonnes per ha seed and oilyield respectively. The Iranian cultivar Zarfam and selected lines from varieties consul and Hi. 1 became the range two to four, Factor analysis were subjected to evaluate the fattyacid pattern and glucosinolate content of lines. Biplot diagrame showed that H. i" line had positive and significant relation with linoleic and linolenic fatty acids based on four factors. The line H. i" also showed very low erucic acid content and is more suitable for commercial growing in Karaj region.
