ran is one of the principal pear diversity centers in the world. In this researcher Seed and Plant Improvement Research Institute in karaj on pear collections were evaluated 30 cultivars which is contain 7 native and 23 foreign cultivars based on National Descriptor of Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability (DUS) at the first time in 5 separated steps. Total 107 vegetative and reproductive traits were evaluated. Totally 107 vegetative and reproductive traits were evaluated on all cultivars which is 67 vegetative and reproductive traits were evaluated belonging to the DUS descriptor, and 39 others traits were additional. All the tairts are in 5 categories: 5 belong to the tree, 9 one-year-old shoot and 13 leaf39 and 41 reproductive traits of the bloom and the fruit and other biochemical traits like: Vitamin C 'Catalase enzyme ,TSS ' T A and pH completely were evaluated on 30 cultivars. In each level we have done all in 3 replications and 10 samples in each replication. Chlorophyll content of each leaf were measured on 6 deferent times (from jun to November). In additional researches resistance to diseases and Pesticides like: (pesylla and fire blight) and internal browning were evaluated. We got Exciting results In evaluation of correlation between vegetative traits and resistance to fireblight. all the traits were analyzed by Sigma plot software and then figures were drowned. It is impossible to expand researches in plant improvement programs or orchard management researches excluding basilar program of new cultivar evaluation. For the first time cluster Number and cluster per number sclereid cellules in pear fruit clusters on all cultivars were studied in an independent experiment and the highest correlation between sclereid cluster per number with volume and weight of fruit were determined among between correlation of sclereid traits and some of pomological traits based on Uf'OV Descriptor on the other hand there weren't any correlation on watery trait and fruit firmness and there were a highiest clusters per number on all cultivars with the biggest fruits
